Shipping and Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy starting from the day you receive your package(s). Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags still attached. All items under our sale tab is final sale. There will be no returns or exchanges on clearance and deal night items. Please email us at wakefieldsonline@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order, need to exchange an item, or need to return your item.

Standard shipping times are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm CST. All orders will ship out the same business day if placed before 12:00 pm CST.

We also provide a pick up option. If you choose to pick up your order it will be left behind the counter at our Wakefield's store location located at 1212 Quintard Avenue, Anniston AL. The average store hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday. You will have a full 7 days to pick up your order.
